The role requires a legal age of 21 or older to work at these locations, especially due to the sale of restricted products. The ideal Retail Cashier Floater will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, previous retail or cashier experience, and a great attitude towards teamwork and leadership by example. Physical requirements include standing for long periods, lifting up to 65 pounds occasionally, and working safely in varied environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and exposure to chemical odors.
