Duties include preparing tables by setting up clean linens and silverware, continuously replenishing water and side dishes to support servers, and ensuring that tables are promptly and properly cleaned after guests depart. Bussers also help transport trays and other items between the dining area and kitchen or dishwashing stations. The role requires standing and walking for extended periods and being able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds. Working weekends and holidays is expected, making flexibility an essential attribute for success in this position.
