The role of Restaurant Supervisor at Hilton Garden Inn Camden Waterfront is a dynamic position that plays a crucial part in maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence in food and beverage services. This role involves overseeing daily operations in the restaurant, lounge, banquets, and related areas to ensure seamless service delivery. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising and training team members in food production, service standards, sanitation, and safety, applying a hands-on leadership style to inspire and motivate the staff. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example. Experience with Micros point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
