We are actively hiring Servers to join our team at the Milwaukee Airport restaurants. Servers are a critical part of our customer service team, representing the face of SSP America to thousands of travelers daily. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. Server responsibilities include answering questions about menu items and services, taking and accurately inputting orders into the POS system, preparing dishes such as soups, salads, desserts, and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas. Servers must skillfully balance and reconcile open and closed checks, handle cash transactions, and reset counters or tables after guests have finished their meals. With an earning potential of up to $25 per hour including tips and an hourly base pay starting at $4 plus tips, this position offers a competitive compensation package along with extra pay for holidays worked. • Six months experience in retail or food service preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Experience handling customer service problems

• Ability to stand and work long hours in confined spaces
