The hospital is currently looking for a part-time Veterinary Receptionist to join their dynamic front-desk team. This role is integral as receptionists are the first and last point of contact for clients, setting the tone for the entire experience. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor, adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Working hours are scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with additional shifts every other Saturday morning, offering a predictable and manageable part-time schedule. The salary is negotiable and is dependent on the candidate's experience and qualifications. In this position, you will be instrumental in ensuring that both pets and their owners feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive. Your duties will cover various administrative and client service responsibilities such as greeting clients, answering multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
