As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you play a critical role in bringing to life a dynamic, fun-filled environment where excellent food, exciting games, and exceptional service intersect. In this active and engaging role, you will spend your days on your feet, coordinating multiple team members, managing the center’s operations, and solving challenges in real time to ensure smooth functioning and outstanding guest satisfaction.
The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager supports the General Manager and steps up to assume full responsibility in their absence. This includes overseeing every aspect of the center—from entertainment and food & beverage operations to property maintenance and equipment. Your role involves balancing operational excellence with a warm and welcoming guest experience. You will lead the charge as a guest service champion, constantly seeking feedback, resolving issues promptly, and making guests’ satisfaction the top priority. Besides guest relations, you will also focus on building and developing an all-star team by recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff members, leveraging their strengths to maximize productivity and guest enjoyment.
A major aspect of this role is driving the center’s food and beverage sales while upholding high standards of quality and service. You will oversee the management and expansion of the F&B program, ensuring consistent execution of corporate initiatives and fostering a vibrant sales culture. Additionally, you will work closely with league bowlers and officers to nurture league business, ensuring adherence to league formats while handling associated administrative duties. Your leadership will require flexibility and resilience, as the job demands varying shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.
The position offers a competitive pay rate of $25 to $26 per hour along with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive total rewards package.
