- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management or similar role
- Ability to stand and move about for up to four hours at a moderate pace
- Stamina to work 50 to 55 hours per week
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, or crawl
- Coordination to operate kitchen equipment
- Availability for scheduled vacations between April and November
- Must conduct interviews in accordance with hiring policies
