The role of Service Manager at Bubba's 33 is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Front of House. This position is responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing Front of House employees, and guaranteeing that both Legendary Food and Legendary Service are consistently delivered to guests. The Service Manager leads by example, driving sales and elevating guest satisfaction through exceptional service standards. This role demands a passion for people management and hospitality excellence, as well as a proactive approach to team development and operational oversight.
Key responsibilities include enforcing employment policies, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, ensuring guest safety, and managing liquor orders with careful attention to cost control and compliance with liquor laws. The Service Manager is also in charge of training new and existing staff, conducting performance evaluations, providing coaching, and addressing employee performance issues when necessary. Recruitment is another critical function, involving reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and playing an active role in hiring decisions.
