The role of Restaurant Manager is pivotal within this organization. The manager will lead by example, emphasizing a hands-on approach to managing the team and operations. The primary focus of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction through a dedicated commitment to a "Do Whatever It Takes Attitude." This includes overseeing daily restaurant functions, motivating employees, managing labor and costs effectively, and ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and liquor regulations. The manager is also responsible for the accuracy of essential documentation such as daily sales summaries, petty cash forms, and payroll records. This role not only requires extensive knowledge of front-of-house operations and financial management but also strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicts efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in restaurant management, a stable and progressive work history, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay range of USD $62,000.00 to USD $72,000.00 per year, reflecting the importance and complexity of the role.
