• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in institutional or therapeutic diet cooking preferred
• Ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety protocols
• Food handler's permit if required by local regulations
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
