The Restaurant Manager position at the Louisville location is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front of house operations. This full-time, salaried managerial role involves a broad range of responsibilities including the hiring, training, and development of front of house staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing payroll and labor costs, and maintaining the overall guest experience. In this position, the Restaurant Manager will assist in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of all front of house employees to build a strong and capable team. They will be responsible for opening and closing paperwork, processing invoices, auditing cash drawers and safes, and ensuring that restaurant operations run smoothly and efficiently. Other key duties include monitoring payroll, creating and submitting payroll reports, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met, handling guest interactions and resolving complaints with professionalism, and maintaining employee uniforms and schedules in accordance with sales and labor plans. The role also includes managing bar inventory and ordering, preparing bank deposits, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive team culture.
