The Concierge role at Ivy Park at West Hills is a critical position dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within this senior living environment. This part-time, on-call position pays between $18.00 to $19.00 per hour and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, service-oriented setting. The Concierge acts as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, greeting them warmly and efficiently. They handle various duties including answering multi-line phone systems, coordinating tours of the community, responding promptly to emergency alerts, managing the community business center, processing mail, and supporting administrative functions.   • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
  • Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests
  • Ability to comply with health and safety protocols related to communicable diseases
