The role of Restaurant Manager at BJ's Restaurants is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of restaurant operations during opening, mid, or closing shifts. This role is classified as exempt, requiring more than 50 percent of time focused on managerial duties and exercising independent judgment on matters critical to the restaurant’s success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will lead hiring, managing, supervising, and training efforts for team members to ensure adherence to BJ’s Gold Standard guest experience. This involves enforcing company policies, maintaining a safe and clean environment, managing food and beverage quality, and fostering a positive team culture. Leadership in local marketing initiatives, community involvement, and sales building are also integral parts of this role. The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with additional quarterly bonus potential based on performance. • Minimum of two years of full-service, high-volume casual dining restaurant management experience
