Starting pay for this position is $3.70 per hour plus tips, with top performers earning up to $62,000 annually including tips, reflecting the role's earning potential through excellent service and guest interaction. As a Server at DCA, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience from greeting to final payment. This includes guiding guests through OTG’s innovative ordering and payment systems, providing insightful menu recommendations tailored to dietary needs and preferences, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining and service areas. Furthermore, you will coordinate with chefs and managers to ensure timely food delivery, uphold safety and sanitation regulations, and address guest feedback constructively. This position demands physical stamina, as it requires prolonged standing and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Flexibility is also critical, as servers must be available to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and during adverse weather conditions.
