Sally's Apizza is currently seeking an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to join its dynamic team and support the General Manager in managing daily operations. The role demands an energetic, personable, and engaging individual who understands the core principles of outstanding hospitality and restaurant management. This full-time, in-person position requires a flexible schedule with availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas). The Restaurant Manager is expected to spend 90% of the workweek actively engaged in running shifts, which includes hands-on responsibilities that ensure smooth service and operational excellence. Candidates must be capable of standing for up to 10 hours at a time and able to lift up to 50 lbs, reflecting the physically demanding nature of the role.

                - Previous restaurant management experience preferred but not required
 - a minimum of 2 years of proven success in a restaurant setting
 - ServeSafe Certified
 - basic understanding of the Microsoft suite of programs, Brink POS preferred
 - English
 - basic Spanish preferred but not required
