The role of Associate Producer at Jack Morton is a pivotal position embedded within one of the agency’s key client teams. Situated in Southern California, candidates must be willing to work onsite at the El Segundo office at least three days weekly and must be ready to travel as necessary. As an Associate Producer, you will be integral to the Client Marketing & Events (CPS) team, supporting the execution of third-party conferences and ensuring seamless delivery of client programs. This involves managing venue sourcing, logistics, swag and marketing collateral, vendor onboarding, and financial reconciliation. The position demands exceptional project management, financial skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver events on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
An ideal candidate will bring five or more years of experience in event planning, with a preference for those who have worked within the financial services sector. You will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, business administration, or hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom meetings, and event management software like Cvent is expected. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage tight deadlines in a dynamic environment are crucial qualities for success in this role.
