We are currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our esteemed team. This role is essential in upholding the restaurant's standards of service excellence and operational efficiency. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for motivating and leading front-of-house employees, ensuring adherence to cost control measures and labor management, and overseeing all operations relating to guest satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of upscale or fine dining restaurant management experience, with strong interpersonal skills and an advanced understanding of financial aspects related to restaurant management.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 85,000 per year, complemented by an extensive benefits package that supports both personal and professional growth.
