We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Hooters of Tulsa location to join our dynamic team. The Restaurant Manager will play a crucial role in managing various operational departments to ensure a seamless and outstanding guest experience. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety protocols, cleanliness, drink presentation, and the creation of an appealing atmosphere within the restaurant. Key responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager include managing vendor relationships to assure timely compensation and quality supply, supporting the recruitment and selection process of Front of House and Back of House employees, and fostering ongoing staff training and development. You will also be responsible for performance management of hourly employees with an emphasis on front-of-house roles, ensuring that each team member is empowered to excel in their position. Additionally, the role includes managing business administration tasks, including payroll, human resource functions, marketing initiatives, and financial reporting, to contribute to the operational efficiency and profitability of the location. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Food safety or sanitation certification
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
• Ability to complete legally required certification before starting work
