We are currently seeking an energetic, passionate, and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the operation of our vibrant restaurant within the Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City. This full-time role offers the opportunity to shape the dining experience by overseeing every element from service quality and team performance to marketing and financial management. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations to uphold the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction. In addition to maintaining food quality and presentation, you will implement strategic marketing and sales efforts aimed at driving revenue growth. Monitoring financial performance and controlling costs will also be key components of your role to ensure optimal profitability. Compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations is essential to protect guests and staff alike, and staying abreast of industry trends will empower you to recommend menu enhancements and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong business communication skills, computer proficiency including MICROS POS system experience, and prior leadership experience preferably in a hotel banquet setting.
