P.F. Chang's is a well-established American-based casual dining restaurant chain known for its high-quality Asian cuisine, exceptional service, and inviting dining ambiance. Founded with a commitment to delivering an elevated Asian dining experience, P.F. Chang's has grown into a trusted name in the hospitality industry, with numerous locations across the United States and internationally. The company prides itself on its dedication to quality, innovation, and hospitality, making it a sought-after workplace for professionals passionate about food service and leadership. Their operating model combines traditional Chinese dishes with modern culinary techniques, bringing a unique blend of flavors and an unforgettable dining experience to their guests. The position offered is a full-time salaried Operating Partner or General Manager role, with a competitive salary range based on experience from $85,000 to $105,000 annually. This is an immediate hire opportunity for leaders who are enthusiastic about driving sales growth and championing guest satisfaction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes a culture of integrity, innovation, and exceptional quality in service. As an Operating Partner at P.F. The role requires a leader who embodies the "Hospitality DNA" — someone who personally engages guests, motivates staff, and maintains the highest standards for culinary and service delivery. The Operating Partner will use key performance indicators (KPIs) and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) benchmarks to continuously improve restaurant operations and ensure long-term growth and profitability. Additionally, the Operating Partner will play a critical role in developing future leaders by providing management training and coaching to team members, promoting career advancement from within. This position also entails overseeing inventory, cost control, P&L management, and the proficient use of modern restaurant systems including POS, reservation, and delivery platforms. The role calls for a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen who can operate effectively in a fast-evolving marketplace while maintaining a welcoming and high-energy environment for both guests and staff. P.F. Chang's values a supportive and inclusive community and offers several comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(K) plan, paid time off, performance-based bonuses, and employee referral programs. Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas are typically observed across most locations, reinforcing the company's commitment to work-life balance. The company also supports employees through financial assistance programs during hardships, reflecting their dedication to fostering a strong team culture beyond day-to-day operations. This job is ideal for experienced restaurant or hospitality managers seeking to step into a leadership role that offers competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and the chance to make a meaningful impact at a respected dining brand.
