We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. This position plays a vital role in assisting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations and cooking activities. The Sous Chef will be deeply involved in preparing nutritious meals that meet our high culinary standards, ensuring all dishes are made from scratch. This role demands a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment and upholding all food safety and health regulations. Beyond supporting the Head Chef, the Sous Chef must be prepared to step in and manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless continuity of food preparation and kitchen management. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $50,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
