We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Restaurant General Manager to lead the operations of our Golden Corral restaurant located in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $95,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. The Restaurant General Manager will report directly to the Restaurant Owner and will manage a fast-paced restaurant environment requiring adaptability and strong leadership skills. In this role, the Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all facets of restaurant operations including staff management, inventory control, ensuring product quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving overall restaurant profitability. The successful candidate will be a seasoned leader with proven experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent customer service abilities, and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations efficiently. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and supervising assistant managers and staff, maintaining high service standards to promote positive guest experiences, controlling operational costs by identifying waste reduction measures, regularly assessing product quality, researching and establishing relationships with new vendors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, this leader will implement policies and protocols to support ongoing successful restaurant operations and prepare reports related to income, expenses, and staff performance. Golden Corral supports professional growth through comprehensive management training programs, including a 10-week intensive course for newly appointed managers.
