Team Lyders Payroll Inc is a prominent franchisee operating over 200 Taco Bell locations across Michigan, Iowa, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Illinois. As a regional leader in the quick-service restaurant industry, Team Lyders is deeply committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture. The company emphasizes strong leadership and operational excellence to make lasting impacts in the communities it serves. With a focus on employee empowerment and growth, Team Lyders encourages its associates to thrive professionally while upholding the highest standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and operational speed. The company operates as an independent business owner separate from Taco Bell Corp., maintaining its own wage and benefits programs that may vary among locations. As a Restaurant General Manager at Team Lyders, you will be entrusted with the full management of one of their Taco Bell restaurants. This is a hands-on leadership role, central to ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly and profitably within established brand standards and company policies. Your primary focus will be maximizing customer satisfaction and driving profitability through effective team leadership and operational oversight. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences by ensuring the timely implementation of corporate initiatives and creating a safe, welcoming environment for both customers and employees. Operational duties include labor scheduling, inventory and food supply management, and upholding health and safety standards to meet regulatory requirements. As a key decision-maker, you will handle customer issues, train your team to exceed service expectations, and use customer feedback to continuously elevate the guest experience. Financially, you will manage profit and loss, control cash flow, optimize labor costs, and maintain facilities and equipment to brand specifications through preventative maintenance plans. Monitoring sales and operational performance will be essential to coaching your team toward achieving growth targets, and you will be responsible for developing and executing restaurant-specific Annual Operating Plans to support Team Lyders’ overall business objectives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Proficiency in business math and computer literacy further supports the managerial functions necessary to succeed. Physical demands include standing for long periods, verbal communication, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and push or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally. Work requires walking, maintaining balance, reaching, crouching, and occasional stair climbing in environments that regularly expose employees to indoor and outdoor conditions, varying noise levels, and typical fast-food restaurant elements such as heat, cold, water, cleaning chemicals, grease, and oil. The position entails a workweek of approximately 50 hours that includes evenings, weekends, and extended shifts as necessary. This role is ideal for a dynamic, energetic, and proactive leader who is passionate about operational success and enjoys inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
