Currently, Cafe Yumm Neff Place, located near St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Oregon, is seeking part-time Restaurant Crew Members for lunch shifts. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about serving their local community. The role involves learning multiple restaurant stations including cashier, deluxe bar, dishwasher, expeditor, food preparation, grill, salads, and hot bar stations, ensuring high standards of consistency and cleanliness, and delivering remarkable, memorable, fun, and informative service to customers. Only candidates who are available to work lunch shifts Monday through Friday will be considered, although preference will be given to those with flexible availability for evenings and weekends and those committed through September 2025. The position offers competitive wages starting at $17.93 per hour in addition to an average hourly tip amount of $5.92, based on data from July 2024 to June 2025.
