Urban Plates offers a full-time salary ranging from $75,000 to $82,000 per year, with an additional achievable bonus plan of up to $12,000 annually, which equates to about $1,000 per month. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package such as medical coverage (HMO and PPO plans available), dental, and vision insurance, along with supplemental options like hospital indemnity, accident insurance, voluntary life insurance, AD&D, and both medical and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). The role of Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager at Urban Plates involves hands-on culinary leadership in a state-of-the-art kitchen environment, equipped with advanced tools and technologies, including Rational ovens, blast chillers, Kitchen Display Systems, and Date Code Genie for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and operational efficiency. Urban Plates' use of technology platforms like CTuit, The Huddle (LMS), and Dayforce enhances kitchen operations, streamlining food production and ensuring consistency and guest satisfaction. These tools empower chefs to focus on creativity, team development, and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
