We are currently seeking disciplined and dependable Full-Time Commercial Cleaning Employees. This role offers full-time employment from Monday through Friday with two shift options available: 7am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm. As a Commercial Cleaning Employee, you will play an integral role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall hygienic standards of a secure commercial building. Your responsibilities will include thorough cleaning and upkeep of the building’s interior spaces through vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and restocking necessary supplies. You will also be expected to adhere strictly to client-specific instructions, safety protocols, and cleaning procedures to meet both client satisfaction and company quality standards. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to upholding cleanliness standards consistently. The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently as well as part of a team and who can demonstrate a strong work ethic and reliability. The ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely is necessary due to the physical demands of the job. Passing a background screening is also required to work within a secure building environment, ensuring the safety and trustworthiness crucial to the role.
