The Membership Concierge role is integral to the day-to-day success of Life Time Athletic Resorts. This position functions as the first point of contact for resort members and guests, combining account maintenance, service excellence, and member engagement to enhance the overall member experience. The Membership Concierge serves as a knowledgeable resource regarding club programming, events, pricing, and policies, ensuring that all members and guests feel welcomed and informed. Beyond routine interactions, this position demands a hospitality mindset dedicated to forging authentic relationships and consistently delivering extraordinary experiences that embody the Life Time ethos.
In addition to greeting and assisting members, the Membership Concierge is responsible for managing a variety of account-related services such as processing payments for programs, products, and services, as well as facilitating new member acquisition and retention efforts. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are critical as this role often addresses member inquiries and resolves concerns through attentive service recovery techniques.
