Worcester, MA, USA, MA Full-Time $50,000 - $55,000
Silver Tree Residential, LLC is a rapidly growing property management company that has established itself as a leader in the multifamily and senior apartment community industry since its inception in 2008. With a solid reputation for operating a diverse portfolio of housing communities, Silver Tree Residential is dedicated to providing high-quality living environments characterized by safety, tranquility, and a range of amenities designed to enhance residents' quality of life. The company emphasizes a rigorous resident screening process that contributes significantly to the success of each property by fostering a peaceful and secure community atmosphere. This commitment to excellence is reflected in the consistently high NSPIRE and MOR scores achieved across all its communities, underscoring the company's focus on maintaining superior living standards for its residents. The Resident Services Coordinator role at Silver Tree Residential is a vital position reporting directly to the Community Director. This position demands a proactive and reliable individual who is committed to upholding the highest standards within the community. The RSC is responsible for the timely and efficient execution of assigned tasks and is encouraged to pursue continuous professional development. The role primarily involves building and nurturing relationships with local agencies and nonprofits to facilitate resident services. The RSC will plan and implement educational programs, wellness presentations, and onsite events that support resident independence and self-reliance, especially focusing on the elderly population. This position requires a solid understanding of federal, state, and local resources tailored to senior residents, including entitlement and means-tested programs that promote consumer-directed approaches to independent living. The RSC functions as an information conduit for residents, their families, and representatives, guiding them to available resources that support aging in place. The role also entails serving as a liaison between residents and medical or professional service providers and community agencies, respecting resident autonomy and legal directives. A critical responsibility includes compliance with legal and ethical standards, such as reporting any suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of residents, and maintaining resident files in accordance with HUD regulations. While the RSC does not provide direct services, they may offer limited case management when authorized. The role is essential in assisting residents and their designated representatives with transitions into and out of the facility, assisting in maintaining a supportive and resourceful living environment. Silver Tree Residential offers a competitive salary and benefits package, emphasizing a professional yet compassionate approach to senior living communities.
