The position available is for a Part-Time Guest Room Attendant, a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. This job involves cleaning, restocking, and maintaining orderliness in guest rooms, providing turndown service, and ensuring proper housekeeping room status. The role also includes performing physical room checks during AM and PM shifts and reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues to ensure guest rooms are always in pristine condition. Responsibilities extend to cleaning bathrooms, furniture, floors, and replenishing all necessary guest amenities. Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet the business needs of the hotel and casino. This position demands physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a smoke-filled environment, while maintaining excellent communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and supervisors. The Guest Room Attendant plays a vital part in upholding the establishment's reputation for cleanliness and quality service, contributing directly to the overall guest experience.
