The establishment is a prestigious casino and resort complex that blends entertainment, hospitality, and cultural values to deliver an unmatched guest experience. San Manuel is dedicated to upholding the Tribal Community’s vision, mission, and values, ensuring every aspect of its operation reflects professionalism and a respect for heritage. The company fosters an inclusive culture of excellence for both its customers and staff, investing in continuous growth, innovation, and community engagement. The role of the Relationship Marketing Host is critical within this large and dynamic environment and represents a key position in the Player Development Department, serving as an ambassador for Yaamava Resort & Casino. The Relationship Marketing Host works under the guidance of the Manager of Relationship Marketing and plays an influential role in providing guests with personalized service that enhances their loyalty and gaming experience. The host’s responsibilities include using a "Segment-of-One" approach to deeply understand each guest’s preferences and engagement history, and then to tailor offers, incentives, and communication that resonate personally with these guests. This approach ensures that marketing efforts are not generic but are finely tuned to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue generation. The Role entails a combination of creative marketing, high-level interpersonal skills, and organizational competence to meet or exceed management’s sales goals. It also involves handling all aspects of the guest journey, from accommodation and dining reservations to entertainment arrangements and folio clearance. The position requires frequent contact with guests during onsite and offsite events, reflecting San Manuel’s dedication to superior customer experiences. Additionally, knowledge of current market trends, competitor promotions, and compliance with industry regulations is essential to excel in the role. Given the high visibility and interactive nature of the job, Relationship Marketing Hosts are expected to exhibit professionalism, polished appearance, and high-level communication skills, including proficiency in multiple languages such as Chinese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Tagalog when applicable. The physical and work environment includes a climate-controlled casino setting with occasional travel to meetings, trade shows, and conferences. The role demands flexibility to work evening, weekend, or holiday shifts in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to sit, stand and perform physical tasks necessary to meet the job’s demands. This role also supports San Manuel’s broader commitment to its employees, offering a supportive workplace dedicated to their professional growth and well-being. Joining San Manuel means becoming part of a team that values innovation, tradition, and excellence while providing a career path with meaningful benefits and opportunities for advancement.
