The current opening is for a Full-Time Client Aviation Manager (CAM) based at the KOXC airport. This critical leadership role entails supervising the flight department to ensure the efficient and safe operation of assigned aircraft. The CAM serves as the primary point of contact between clients, crew members, and external vendors, promoting a culture aligned with Solairus' core values. Responsibilities include overseeing personnel compliance with FAA regulations and company policies, managing training schedules, coordinating maintenance activities, and facilitating effective communication between all parties involved. The CAM plays a key role in scheduling aircraft flights, approving personal time off for staff, and handling various administrative duties such as expense account approvals and reporting. • Must hold a total flight time of 3000 hours
• Must have 1500 hours as Pilot in Command
• Must have 1500 hours Multi-Engine Land flight time
• Must have 500 hours MEL PIC time
• Must have 500 hours of Turbo Jet flight time
• Must have 250 hours of instrument flight time
• Must possess a management background with proven leadership skills
• Prefer NBAA CAM certification or equivalent leadership training
• Experience in flight operations personnel training
• Experience in budget development and management
• Must have a college degree or advanced non-flight training
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be typed on a Gulfstream G450
• Must hold a first class medical certificate
• Must be able to work on an on-call basis
• Must complete ICAO international procedures training annually
• Must be located or willing to relocate within 2 hours of KOXC airport
