The Hospitality Manager (HM) role at Atria Senior Living is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing hospitality services that directly impact the comfort and satisfaction of the community's residents. This full-time position, with a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $54,000 per year depending on experience and work history, focuses on delivering outstanding dining and housekeeping experiences. The hospitality manager leads and mentors dining room waitstaff and housekeeping teams, ensuring that mealtimes are special and memorable while maintaining pristine living spaces. They are entrusted with managing staffing, schedules, training, performance feedback, and budget control while acting as the Manager on Duty to handle sales inquiries, conduct tours, facilitate lease signings, and ensure residents' needs are met promptly and courteously. In addition to daily operations, the hospitality manager partners closely with executive leadership including the Executive Chef and General Manager or Executive Director to continuously enhance food, service, dining programming, and housekeeping standards. They play a vital role in maintaining compliance with safety and quality regulations, conducting inspections, and upholding company standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation. The hospitality manager is deeply involved in fostering a restaurant-style dining atmosphere and proactive problem-solving to prevent complaints.   • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two years of experience in front of house supervision and leadership
  • Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a team setting and provide strong customer service
  • Able to carry a serving tray with at least four meals and/or beverages
  • Able to clean apartments and dining area as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company motor vehicle policy
  • Driving responsibilities using company or personal vehicle
  • Completion of all required Atria training programs
