As a Regional Director of Sales at Trash Butler, you will play a critical role under the direction of the Vice President of Business Development in driving sales and profitability across a designated region. This leadership position involves managing multiple districts within the region, focusing on building and nurturing strong relationships with Property Managers, Owners, and C-suite Executives. Your collaborative efforts will center on presenting value-based offerings that are financially sound and driven by a clear return on investment (ROI). Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and recommending sales programs, establishing short-and long-term sales strategies, and adopting innovative sales techniques to increase the region’s sales volume and market share by gathering and analyzing competitors’ market data.
In this expansive role, you will not only focus on business growth and customer retention but also identify opportunities for product or service enhancements that enhance customer satisfaction and performance. The position demands a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of the multi-family housing market, and a dynamic ability to conduct outbound sales, network effectively, and represent Trash Butler at various industry events and associations. You will also ensure the efficient use of technology in the sales process, including managing and maintaining Salesforce, while continuously staying up to date with market trends and industry advancements.
