The role offered is for a Food and Beverage Server/Bartender position within this dynamic casino setting. Under the general direction of the Restaurant Services Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining guest orders, responsibly serving alcoholic beverages, and delivering food, drinks, and merchandise with efficiency and professionalism. This position involves accurate execution of guest transactions including entering orders, tabulating bills, and receiving payments. - High school diploma or GED required unless waived by Human Resources Management
- minimum of two years working in the food and beverage and/or hospitality industry required
- one year of bartending work required unless waived by hiring manager
- must obtain a ABC certificate of safe alcohol server training as required
- required to have and obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
- must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
- must be able to pass background investigation
