The Regional Compliance Specialist role at Breeze Airways is a critical position tasked with ensuring regulatory compliance within a designated region of airports. This position plays a vital role in auditing both Above and Below Wing Teams as well as Training Records, maintaining rigorous standards to meet all federal, state, and company regulations. The Specialist will actively contribute to airport training initiatives for Breeze staff and Business Partner team members, particularly during new station launches where adherence to Breeze standards and regulatory requirements is paramount. This role requires frequent station visits to conduct compliance audits as part of the Breeze audit program, ensuring that all airport operations align with established guest service procedures and training protocols. Beyond auditing and compliance, the Regional Compliance Specialist serves as a crucial liaison among regulatory training departments, company leadership, contract training facilities, and internal learning stakeholders. The Specialist manages the Qualification Training Management System (QTMS), guaranteeing the accuracy and timeliness of training records, qualification management, and regulatory documentation. They also support the Airport Training Manager by assisting with audits related to FAA, DOD, IOSA, and other regulatory bodies, helping maintain the highest compliance standards across the operational network. Candidates for this role must have a strong background in airport operations and training, with an emphasis on regulatory adherence and training record management. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and collaborate with multiple departments is essential for success.
