This particular position supports the Chicago and Detroit markets and requires a high-performing subject matter expert in restaurant brand standards and operations. The role involves partnering with Restaurant Platforms and Field Operations teams to coach, verify, and drive continuous improvement in multiple areas including brand standards execution, food safety, customer experience, and operational controls. The incumbent will work closely with field teams to ensure quality food preparation, fresh presentation, compliance with promotional sales plans, and adherence to food safety standards aligned with third-party audits. Improving customer experience metrics such as hospitality, quality, speed of service, and cleanliness will also be part of the daily focus. The role entails overseeing operational controls like labor management, waste reduction, and shrink control to drive productivity and profitability. Additionally, the expert will contribute to the growth of new restaurant locations and collaborate closely with Area and Regional Leaders for unified efforts in the field. The position demands frequent travel, flexibility to work across various shifts, and proficiency in several software platforms. An associate degree or higher is required, along with at least five years of relevant restaurant operations and management experience. Certifications like Serve Safe and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.
