Scan Coordinators require meticulous attention to detail as they conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes, verifying promotional prices, and ensuring compliance with both company policies and government regulations. The pay range for this position is competitive, starting at $19.50 and going up to $29.15 per hour, which is determined based on an applicant's experience and qualifications. The Scan Coordinator is also expected to be physically able to manage tasks that involve standing for long periods, lifting boxes, using ladders, and performing repetitive motions such as crouching or kneeling. • Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
• Have strong analytical and organizational skills
• Understand and effectively use billing and accounting principles
• Possess excellent mathematical skills
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Show outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude
• Be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates
• Be able to read price tags, create signs, post price tags and signs
• Have good vision required to read and set signs
• Ability to staple, scan, and use a computer to activate new pricing
• Ability to use a step ladder
• Be able to transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs from 1 inch to 34 inches high for up to one hour
• Be able to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours
• Be able to conduct repetitive crouching, kneeling, squatting to access points 6 inches from the ground for up to 50 hours
