As a Restaurant Manager at Red Lobster, you will have the opportunity to lead restaurant operations while fostering a positive and inspiring environment for both guests and team members. This full-time role comes with a competitive base salary ranging from $69,000 to $86,000 annually, coupled with achievable quarterly bonus eligibility. You will be at the forefront of enhancing guest satisfaction through high-quality seafood and beverage service. Your responsibilities include hiring, training, and motivating staff to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.
