Compensation for this role is competitive, with an hourly rate of $28.07, and the position is eligible for membership in the Teamsters Local Union No. 763, part of the Lake Washington School District Trades Bargaining Council No. 763. The Classroom Support Staff/Paraeducator plays a crucial role in the educational setting by providing direct assistance to teachers during individualized and small group instruction.
