Your daily responsibilities will include welcoming guests with a smile, setting up your station for shifts, ensuring tables are stocked with silverware and condiments, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing tables to create a seamless dining experience. You will run hot food orders promptly from the alley to the tables, support servers by anticipating their needs, and uphold strict food safety and cleanliness standards. Additionally, you will be tasked with clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table availability to the rest of the team, and assisting with dish area breakdown. As a Busser/Runner, your contribution is essential to the flow of restaurant operations and the overall satisfaction of our guests. The physical demands of this role require the ability to stand and move about the restaurant during shifts that typically last 8 to 12 hours, as well as the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds.
