The Restaurant Manager role at BJ's Restaurants is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations during opening, mid-day, and closing shifts. BJ's offers a lucrative salary package ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus potential, reflecting the value and importance of this position. In this role, managers are expected to execute operational duties seamlessly, including conducting daily team briefings, managing maintenance and repair needs, handling risk reviews, and engaging in local marketing efforts. • A minimum of two years full service, high volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
