Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role involves confirming drink orders, handling payments, and suggesting drink options when customers are uncertain. The position also requires you to bring your best self to work daily, including adhering to hygiene and appearance standards and demonstrating a positive attitude. Flexibility is important in this role, as the work schedule includes early mornings starting at 5 a.m., late nights until 11:30 p.m., weekends, and occasional holidays. Brewistas must be prepared to work in all weather conditions, including outside environments, and be physically capable of handling tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and using equipment like ladders and utility knives safely.
