Recreation Attendants may be assigned to various locations such as Thrive, the Frederick P. Herring Recreation Center, Hedrick House, or Athletics Complexes, where they support the daily functions that keep these venues vibrant and welcoming. Starting wages begin at $13.64 per hour for new hires, with significant increases for employees returning for subsequent years up to six, culminating in $16.16 per hour. Attendants work flexible schedules that span early mornings to evenings, seven days a week, with shifts typically lasting 4 to 5 hours.
