The position involves replenishing and stocking merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and properly signed. Team members play a critical part in creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere by following BJ's GOLD Member Standards — Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA) — and upholding the Club Standards. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the store by keeping merchandise stocked, addressing member concerns with honesty and integrity, and fostering a safe and positive environment. Employees will engage in providing support across various departments as needed, helping maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the club. The position operates on a schedule from Wednesday through Saturday, 5pm to 10pm, offering a consistent work routine. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work Wednesday through Saturday from 5pm to 10pm
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds frequently and heavier with assistance
• Ability to bend, climb, crawl, pull, reach, stoop and climb ladders or step stools
• Basic understanding of safe work practices
• Commitment to regular, predictable attendance
• Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
