The Breast Center at MANA is currently seeking a friendly, helpful receptionist to join their team. This role is instrumental in supporting routine patient interactions and maintaining positive relationships with patients, visitors, family members, and team members. The position is flexible, with assignments possible at any of four Northwest Arkansas locations, providing candidates with a range of worksite options. As a receptionist, your objective is to create a welcoming atmosphere that facilitates smooth patient flow within the clinic. Key responsibilities include managing all aspects of patient encounters from check-in to check-out, opening the department on time, monitoring the lobby area, assisting patients and their visitors as needed, and ensuring the clinic operates efficiently by tracking patient progress towards readiness for their appointments. This position is crucial to the operational success of the Breast Center, serving as the first point of contact and embodying MANA's commitment to exceptional patient service. Working as a receptionist here goes beyond just administrative duties; it involves fostering meaningful connections with patients to help ease their experience during medical visits.
