The role involves a variety of responsibilities including welcoming customers warmly, managing appointment schedules, handling office communications, and assisting with customer inquiries and record maintenance. Furthermore, this position offers the opportunity to engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers to identify insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions, effectively blending customer service with sales support. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 annually.
