The Concierge-Receptionist role at Five Star Senior Living offers a unique opportunity to be the frontline ambassador of one of our senior living communities. This position requires a warm, professional, and energetic individual focused on delivering outstanding service to residents and their families. As the first point of contact, the Concierge-Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, attending to residents' personal needs, coordinating services, and providing valuable information about community events and amenities.
This role is fundamental in supporting the daily rhythms of the senior living community, ensuring residents' requests and concerns are addressed timely and with care. The Concierge-Receptionist handles diverse tasks ranging from scheduling appointments, managing communications, assisting with event coordination, to maintaining the front desk area. Working in this position means being part of a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and comfort of our residents.
The position demands strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. Candidates should have experience in concierge, receptionist, or customer service roles, preferably within a hospitality or senior living setting, and demonstrate proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office. Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays is also necessary.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must pass State and Company criminal background and drug screens
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- previous experience in concierge, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in senior living or hospitality
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
