This vital role operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm and involves a variety of administrative and patient-facing responsibilities. The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the professionalism of the ASC. Key duties include greeting patients upon arrival, collecting identification cards and insurance information, updating patient records accurately, and processing copayments or deductibles. The Receptionist will also be responsible for entering payments into the billing system and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. Multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential due to the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the work environment. Candidates must have proficient English communication skills and demonstrate strong ethical and moral character as their role involves handling sensitive patient information. This position requires a dependable team player who thrives in a medical office setting and is eager to contribute to exceptional patient care and the smooth operation of the center. Practical experience in an ambulatory surgery center or multi-specialty ASC is preferred to ensure familiarity with the healthcare environment. • High school diploma or GED
• one year of related experience preferably in an ambulatory surgery center
• experience in multi-specialty ASC
