Hillcrest Health & Living is a reputable senior living community dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to older adults to help them live their best lives. As a local organization, Hillcrest is deeply rooted in the community, offering a warm, tight-knit environment where compassion, respect, and personal growth are prioritized. Though locally focused, the community benefits from the extensive resources and advantages typically found in larger companies, such as multiple healthcare plans and professional development opportunities, ensuring employees receive comprehensive support and benefits. We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge for our senior living community who will work Thursday through Monday during night shifts from 11 pm to 7 am. This role is critical in ensuring front-line service excellence and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for residents, visitors, and vendors alike. The Concierge position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in administrative roles and are passionate about contributing to a community-focused workplace. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, managing incoming calls and interactions with outside vendors. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personalized services that enhance their living experience, managing various logistical tasks such as trash removal and laundry for different areas including housekeeping, culinary, salon, and spa, ensuring the environment is clean and well-maintained during overnight hours. Hillcrest Health & Living emphasizes a culture built on its STAR mentality, which stands for being Selfless, Tough, Accountable, and Respectful. Candidates who resonate with these values and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills will find this role rewarding and impactful. The position offers opportunities for professional growth through tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment for nurses, certifications, and other career development programs. Employees enjoy the option of choosing when they get paid with Dayforce Wallet, gym membership reimbursements, and partner discounts, making it an attractive workplace for motivated individuals committed to serving the senior community. This opportunity is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in administrative office functions, proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, and who values a positive, supportive work environment. While a post-high school business-related degree or training is preferred, a high school diploma or equivalent is required. At Hillcrest, you will not only contribute to the well-being of seniors but also be part of a team dedicated to inspiring and uplifting each other, making it more than just a job but a meaningful career.
