The role of Concierge at Priority Life Care is pivotal in shaping the first impression for residents, their families, guests, and staff members. Often the face of the community, the Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional assistance, information, and a warm welcome to everyone entering the facility. This role requires a professional who exemplifies courtesy, friendliness, and a commitment to customer service excellence, ensuring a supportive and efficient entrance and exit experience. Working hours for this position are from 8 AM to 1:30 PM, every other weekend, with a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour.
In this role, the Concierge manages phone communications by answering, screening, and forwarding calls while providing accurate information and handling messages efficiently. Additionally, they greet visitors, direct or escort them within the facility, and sometimes assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchairs, highlighting the importance of attentiveness and physical support. The role also encompasses clerical responsibilities such as word processing and reporting any incidents or concerns promptly to the Executive Director. A strong emphasis is placed on compliance with state and federal regulations, particularly in health care and safety standards, ensuring that Priority Life Care maintains its reputation as a trusted and safe environment.
